Delivery Delivery is COMPLETELY FREE. Think Technical Solutions is a small family run business and which takes great pride in ensuring all of our customers have a pleasant, trouble free shopping experience with us. Our typical delivery time is 2 to 5 working days and all orders are fully insured for the duration of their journey. All light items are dispatched with Royal Mail Second Class Recorded and all heavy items are dispatched by DHL. Home Deliveries If you are not home when your order arrives the DHL Driver will leave a card and his direct contact details. You should then call the driver and arrange a delivery slot which is convenient for you - anytime from 2pm until 9pm at night. The driver will then re-deliver at your convenience. We offer the DHL@Home Service for the convenience of our customers and are always happy to hear your comments on our courier. Business Deliveries DHL will deliver during normal office hours. If for any reason you are unable to take delivery the driver will leave a card, so you can call and arrange a re-delivery. If your order has been damaged during transit you must sign the couriers sheet as "damaged" and inform us immediately, any failure on both parts may affect any claim for damaged goods. Returns Policy We operate fully under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and as such allow a "cooling off" period of 7 days after your order has been received. Any goods returned under the cooling off period must be undamaged, unopened and still sealed. Delivery charges are non refundable. The customer will be liable for any costs incurred for outward and return shipping. Shoes MUST not be returned to us, without a valid returns number. Faulty Goods Faulty goods may be returned for replacement, repair or refund if within their warranty period. Shoes MUST not be returned to us, without a valid returns number. If goods are found to be faulty we will replace or repair whenever possible, if repair or replacement is not possible we will issue a refund. The customer will be liable for any costs incurred in returning goods. If returned goods are found to be in proper working order we may make a handling charge and the customer will be responsible for any delivery charges incurred during redelivery. |
